Bush was not in on 9/11

The post is actually of an article by a denier who says that since Bush was not in on it, it must have been al Qaeda.

Problem 1: the most obvious, which is that the writer is a shill and wants people to think al Qaeda did 9/11.

Problem 2: the notion that either it was al Qaeda OR it was Bush is flawed, because there is no reason to believe, and many reasons not to believe, that Bush was aware of the specific plot before 9/11.

911B user andrewkevornken points this out, saying that Bush and some of his immediates (and I would define those myself as Rice, Powell, and perhaps even Tenet) would have naturally been kept out of the loop. I agree. Keeping Bush out of the loop makes it easier for him to lie (because let's face it a man who needs a wire up his back to conduct any kind of debate or interview can't really be counted on for much) and also gives him plausible deniability as the one man with the power to pardon the perps should it come to that. Bush's key in all this was his electability and he even botched that so that the vote had to be manipulated. Someone wanted him in power because someone wanted Cheney and the Neocons in power so that "the big wedding" between Israel and America could take place, marrying Securing the Realm with Rebuilding America's Defenses. Duh.

Let's be clear--Patsystan is not the only red herring being used to shield the actual perps. The biggest red herring of them all is George Walker Bush. True to his nature, he's gotten himself in a jam to the chagrin of his much more competently criminal family. He was used by some heavies and has no choice but to play along. Given the initial success of the deception the choice must not have been hard. For any of them. Then the arms started to get twisted even further with the manufacturing of the nonexistent Iraqi threat. At this point people like Powell continued to assume they were better off playing along--these are not men and women of principle--but neither are they cold blooded murderers and traitors. Cheney and Rumsfeld on the other hand... Dubya even promoted Condi into Colin's position after Colin could not stomach being in the middle of everything. The guilty (except for Cheney) slowly vanish, moving into lucrative positions out of the limelight. Rumsfeld, Feith, Perle make way for the Chertoffs and Negropontes who from their shadowy perches keep an eye on things.

Israeli spies having done their work, the corrupt but non-9/11 complicit American government continues to function, albeit with a monkey on their back--big brother is watching them and they had better watch their step because if they try to be a hero, well, no one is going to print that story or run it in any way before a mass audience--our media are craven capitalists who could care less who they have to play ball with--Americans? Israelis? These are labels for the masses, not the elites. Gripped by fear of reprisals against them or their families (for this mafia is precisely that--a violent criminal mob of the shadiest variety, with interests in drugs, sex, AND weapons of war) those who could make a difference stand paralyzed waiting for others to make the first moves. To see if anyone dares. Those of us who cannot have the same impact as our leaders or famous personalities assume the risks that they will not, comforted to know that as "small potatoes" we are more valuable as targets of scorn and ridicule than as targets of hitmen or assassins.

Bush did not do 9/11. The "American government" did not do 9/11. 9/11 was an attack ON America not BY America. Those who are truly guilty want Americans to be divided--truther or OCTer? Do you believe al Qaeda did it or do you believe Bush did it? PICK ONE they tell us. Listen to Alex Jones. Vote for Ron Paul. Follow the antics of these "cool" activist kids. Watch and distribute Loose Change. Sit back and watch "the movement" grow before your eyes! Any year now, really! Psst! Liberals! Look out--those 9/11 truth people are right wingers who love Bush and are trying to convince liberals to make fools of themselves by blaming him for 9/11! Because you know... it WASN'T Bush it was Isr--it was al Qaeda! And Hillary and Obama understand this. They will protect you from bin Laden. And Jon Stewart and Noam Chomsky will protect you from those right-wing kooks holed up in their bunkers with their guns refusing to fund our great society social programs by paying taxes. Follow them--any year now, progressives will WIN.

Oh yes, a brilliant and cunning plan, all the more when you consider how entrenched the criminals already are in the system. The government, yes, but especially the media that informs us of what those in government are up to. We are at war for the life and integrity of our country, however flawed. We are at war to reclaim responsibility for our collective action. The enemy is relentless, and yes, quite desperate at this point.

Fellow real truthers, it's going to get ugly before it gets better. As the differences between us and the fake truthers grow more stark, the fake truthers have nowhere to go but down, and this will make them fight, because they mistakenly believe they can win. They were winning for years, it's true, but that was inevitable. What is also inevitable is that the truth will continue to out itself in ways the fake truthers will not be able to control--they never thought they would have to contend with the movement taking on a life of its own. They thought they could outwit and outnumber the real truthers. Let's show them how wrong they are.

They can ban us, but they can't ban the truth. They can silence us, but they can't silence the cries for justice. They can kill us, but they can't kill our spirits and memories. They can win the battles but they will lose this war.

Onward real truthers!! Now more than ever we have to step up and claim our movement.
