at a particular time in the video? also, kate, fyi--if you click "input format" and select "full html" before submiting your blog post, not only will the links show up as live in the post, but you can also embed the video by using the embed code from youtube or google... saves us precious seconds you know! :)

hmmm interesting. I don't know. Judt says that Israel is looking at a future where Americans will get fed up and Israel will have no friends left in the world. I dunno about that. Israel doesn't have any REAL friends even now. The US it has because of the lobby buying off politicians and/or threatening them. I'm pretty sure their PR efforts are all bound to fail, so what will happen? Who knows, and I wish Judt would have elaborated. I actually also think that Israel will find friends in the post-US dominated world, perhaps India, perhaps China... they'll play their cards carefully of course--if they change it will be because Israelis themselves discover they've been lied to and manipulated and demand change. That's why we have to expose the Zionists for what they are to EVERYONE and why we cannot approach this in a spirit of hatred--only one of reconciliation--but GENUINE and HONEST reconciliation will work...

good approach/attitude

the whole video was very interesting..mearsheimer and walt, and others. had never heard of tony judt. i believe they interviewed richard perle..geez.

i know they worry about not having any friends...so? so? time for the historical/research reality diet, therapy and for extricating themselves away from the psychopathological factions and alignments.
i'll be a friend.

the psychopaths who foment hate and conflict have to be severely dealt with.

I 've met plenty of cool Israelis and Zionists--there is nothing inehrently wrong with them. But they have GOT to start stepping back from the abyss. They are letting themselves be turned into hateful people, and thus much easier to be hated. This has always been part and parcel of the Zionist project--to manipulate Jews into feeling ostracized so as to lure them into the Zionists' cold embrace. We need to be clear that EVERYONE is welcome in the human family, but if that family is to be healthy and not dysfunctional we can't let lies pass for truth--with regard to ANYTHING.
