Read the comments--Paul ended up with a bunch of defenders, an explanation that he had long since apologized for the comments (which were written by a ghostwriter) and a nice dialogue among a group of very liberal people making it clear that they understood that tying criticism of Israel (by Paul or anyone else) amounts to a red herring.  All in all a victory for dialogue and against the politics of smearing.  Of course the point still stands that this is an example of certain people on the left sinking to typical lame levels of discourse, not surprisingly they seem to be the Clinton/Obama crowd.  Remember who Clinton's #1 campaign supporter is!  As far as how that support reflects on Hillary, the smartest thing at this point may be to pull it.  I wonder why they don't bring that up on "Pam'sHouseBlend"?
