Jon and I met at the Arizona conference at a time when we were still good friends online.  He was very kind and introduced me to Steven Jones and Peter Dale Scott, as well as just taking my shy self under his wing so that I had people to have dinner with the first night and so forth.

He and I and cosmos/YT hung out in front of the Starbuck's in the hotel courtyard on Saturday afternoon.  We hit a conversational rough patch when the topic of RT came up.  Jon thinks RT is an asshole (duh).  I stood up for RT and that was the beginning of the end of our friendship -- within a few weeks I received the infamous "Have you burned any Jews lately" email.

Cosmos and I had dinner that night and then he and I sat smack dab in the middle of the front row for Tarpley's presentation, which is ironic, 'cause now Tarpley thinks cosmos is a Chechen commando.
